Lead strategy and daily company operations for an assigned area.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, set objectives and priorities, and oversee business-plan execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements to processes and services.
- Represent the company with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, communicating in alignment with the corporate vision.
Requirements
- Demonstrated management, team leadership, and strategic leadership experience in dynamic environments.
- Skills in project planning, objective setting, results tracking, and data-based decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- University education in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate education such as an MBA or another management program is valued, but not required.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments, results orientation, analytical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP, CRM, office suites, and collaboration platforms, plus strong personal organization.
