Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to ABA best practices and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support teams to maintain standards of care; monitor caseloads and optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives; maintain regulatory and ethical compliance; manage budgets and reports.
• Serve as a primary contact for families and external partners; foster an inclusive, supportive environment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
• Clinical or behavioral health experience; ABA, autism services, or pediatric care experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory, ethical, and quality standards in behavioral health services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; BCBA or similar credential is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and documentation tools; clinical or practice management systems experience is a plus.
