Responsibilities
- Develop and refine business strategies and build client relationships.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across portfolios; monitor operational metrics and guide senior managers.
- Manage budgets and resources, mitigate risks, and represent the organization in executive meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex technology, consulting, or systems integration projects.
- Track record in digital transformation, systems integration, or OT/IT convergence, translating strategic vision into operational plans.
- Strength in strategic planning, decision-making, stakeholder management, client relationships, budgeting, resource allocation, performance management, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to collaborate across diverse, multicultural, and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is beneficial.
- Middle East or similar-market experience and regional regulatory and business familiarity are advantageous.
