The Software Developer builds critical software used by traders, researchers, and engineering teams to implement and analyze algorithmic trading strategies.

How you will contribute
- Build scalable, performant software using software engineering best practices.
- Analyze requirements from traders and analysts for algorithmic trading.
- Facilitate discussions on implementation, testing, and software architecture practices.
- Drive projects and new initiatives and collaborate to resolve challenging design and coding issues.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Three to seven years of experience building software systems and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Experience in at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or Python; experience with more than one is an asset.
- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, WebSocket, AMQP, TCP, HTTP, or relational databases is an asset.
- Proactive independent work style, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
