Position
Software Developer working across front end, back end, integrations, and cloud-hosted systems for Cliniconex products.

Responsibilities
- Build and improve features across the Automated Care Platform and Automated Care Intelligence suite; use agentic AI tools in daily delivery.
- Plan implementation with humans, AI agents, or both; review, test, and harden AI-generated code before production.
- Develop front-end and back-end healthcare communication features, APIs, services, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Ship AI product features using LLMs, tool-calling, retrieval, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Validate behavior with tests, browser testing, logs, reviews, and debugging; protect patient privacy and reliability.
- Improve agentic workflows, prompts, handoffs, validation, and engineering automation; communicate through written and collaborative channels.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent practical experience; at least four years of professional software development experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on AI-assisted or agentic software delivery, especially with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex; sound judgment in inspecting and owning AI-assisted work.
- Web application experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end patterns; backend experience, ideally Java. Flutter/Dart, Python, and Go are assets.
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud-hosted systems; familiarity with Google Cloud, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Comfort with MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases; privacy- and security-aware approach to sensitive data.
- Clear written communication and collaboration. Agentic workflows, RAG, embeddings, evaluations, model validation, productivity automation, and regulated-industry experience are bonuses.
Compensation
- CAD 65,000–85,000 per year.
