Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and customers to interpret functional and technical requirements.
Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable software that meets performance, reliability, and quality standards.
Apply security practices to protect data and system integrity.
Translate user and business needs into effective software solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions and prepare technical designs and documentation.
Perform unit and integration testing; diagnose and resolve defects.
Review code with peers and improve quality; write optimized, maintainable, modular, reusable code.
Use development tools, IDEs, and version control platforms throughout the development lifecycle.
Own work from initial design through implementation and validation.

Hands-on experience with development environments, debugging, and source control.
Practical exposure to code quality and static analysis tools, including linters or refactoring tools.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Working knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, databases, or platforms.
Experience with UML or diagramming tools and familiarity with advanced modeling tools.
Proficiency in unit-testing frameworks and knowledge of software design principles and patterns.
Experience in Agile or iterative environments and comfort with IDEs, version control, and security-focused utilities.
Programming languages may include C#, Python, or others as required.
