About This Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Development & IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming knowledge, hands-on networking experience, and the ability to manage and optimize system performanceKey Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Python and C++
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure system security, backups, and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical operations
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in system development or IT
- Strong knowledge of Python and C++
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Plus Point)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with databases and scripting
- Certifications in networking or system administration
