Software Developer (AI‑Enhanced Full Stack)

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will design, develop, and modernize web and mobile applications.

This role combines traditional full‑stack expertise with the latest AI‑assisted development practices and agentic workflow transformation, ensuring our platforms remain scalable, secure, and future‑ready.

You will be involved in the entire software lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and optimization—while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and innovation.

1.

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high‑performance web and mobile applications.

2.

Implement client‑side (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and server‑side (Laravel/PHP) components for scalable solutions.

3.

Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services using GraphQL or equivalent.

4.

Build reusable, clean, and scalable code libraries.

5.

Implement authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2, API tokens).

6.

Integrate and manage Microsoft SQL Server for relational data storage and reporting.

7.

Implement auditing, logging, and reporting features using Laravel Auditing, DOMPDF, PhpSpreadsheet, and PhpWord.

8.

Develop notification systems using Laravel Email Notifications, SMS APIs, and Firebase push notifications.

9.

Manage file handling, task scheduling, and background jobs using Laravel Scheduler & Queues.

10.

Build modern UI components with TailwindCSS and ShadCN, managing state with Zustand and ReactQuery/TanstackQuery.

11.

Ensure application validation, security, and compliance using Zod schema validation and industry best practices.

12.

Conduct unit and integration testing for reliability and maintainability.

13.

Deploy and manage applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

14.

Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to accelerate development, refactoring, and bug fixing.

15.

Modernize legacy workflows by converting monolithic processes into agentic workflows orchestrated by autonomous agents.

16.

Implement AI‑driven code reviews and testing pipelines to detect vulnerabilities and performance issues.

17.

Adopt AI‑powered documentation tools to dynamically generate and maintain technical references.

18.

Collaborate with AI agents for workflow automation, intelligent notifications, and DevOps integration.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

· Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP 8.2+) and Microsoft SQL Server.

· Hands‑on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

· Proficiency with Docker and cloud deployment.

· Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, etc.).

· Familiarity with agentic workflow frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent).

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AI‑driven DevOps practices.

· Strong debugging, optimization, and communication skills.

· Previous experience in Agile/Scrum teams.

· Designing and deploying agentic workflows for automation and scalability.

· AI‑powered code conversion and modernization of legacy systems.

· AI‑driven UX optimization and generative testing of user journeys.

· Experience with serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).

· Exposure to AI‑enhanced analytics for performance and predictive insights.

· Experience mentoring junior developers and leading small teams.
