Role overview

Application development

• Participate in designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable, responsive web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build interactive interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Develop server-side logic, microservices, and RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or C#/.NET.
• Design data models, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity across MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.

Quality and delivery

• Write unit and integration tests; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Follow coding standards, secure coding practices, and design patterns, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Use Git workflows and collaborate on continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, own assigned modules, and deliver work on schedule.
• Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to turn business requirements and wireframes into functional technical deliverables.
• Maintain documentation for system architecture, API endpoints, and workflows.

Education and experience

• A B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Non-engineering postgraduate candidates may be considered only with exceptional technical skills, a proven complex enterprise project portfolio, or outstanding technical assessment performance.
• A minimum 6.5 CGPA or 65% aggregate is required across 10th standard, 12th standard, and graduation or post-graduation.
• The qualifications section specifies one to three years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, software engineer, or similar technical role in an agile environment; the introduction states one to four years.

Required technical profile

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Professional experience with at least one of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and state management libraries.
• Server-side development experience, RESTful API development, and database query and schema design.
• Strong command of Git/GitHub/GitLab, modern IDEs, and package managers such as npm or yarn.
• Analytical problem-solving, clear technical communication, independent work, and cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred technical profile

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and foundational Docker knowledge are preferred.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Experience with Cypress or Selenium and Test-Driven Development is preferred.

Work location and model

• The role is based at the Mograsys Technologies office in Goa and is strictly on-site, Monday through Saturday.
• Candidates must currently reside in Goa or be prepared to relocate before joining.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month.
