Lead integration of artificial intelligence solutions across Cvent's product suite for the events industry.
Design and implement AI-driven systems aligned with the company's architectural vision and strategic goals.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across enterprise SaaS platforms using LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products with scalability, reliability, and high performance.
- Provide technical oversight and analyze AI requirements for architectural quality and alignment with Cvent's paved road.
- Work with product, UI/UX, and project management teams to define AI solutions that meet business objectives and improve user experience.
- Document and train others on AI systems to promote reuse of AI tools and technology.
- Engage third-party vendors to negotiate AI features and pricing.
- Contribute automation for continuous deployment of AI solutions and build tools that improve developer productivity.
- Define AI best practices and standards and provide technical guidance across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong AI experience in LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proven experience with AWS, CDK or CloudFormation, TypeScript, and Java.
- Strong coding and development skills across algorithms, data structures, persistence technologies, and networks.
- Exceptional technical communication skills for explaining complex AI systems to diverse audiences.
- Track record of solving complex problems, leading by example, and mentoring junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an enterprise AI platform subject matter expert.
- Familiarity with cloud strategy and AI architecture, particularly on AWS.
- Ability to make strategic technology decisions with a four-to-ten-year AI domain vision.
- Experience with due diligence and technical integration for AI-related mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence support for AI ideas and solutions.
- Experience presenting AI initiatives at company-wide meetings and external conferences.
