Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development. • Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API, and development platforms. • Solid understanding of application development using Spring boot, .Net and various DevOps tools on cloud infrastructure, especially Azure cloud. • Experience in front end application development, preferably using Angular. • Experience with healthcare data standards like HL7, HIPAA Compliance, and EHR integrations. • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI data handling, and healthcare compliance standards. • Proficient in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL). • Experience with SVN, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. • Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Pentaho is preferred. • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
