Responsibilities

• Organize the resources required for AI&T test-automation software delivery and negotiate competing resource requirements.
• Agree with customers on program objectives, requirements, funding, resources, and delivery methods.
• Track schedules, costs, and completion estimates; develop workarounds to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Coordinate resource requirements and work execution with software managers and development leads.
• Manage AI&T risks and opportunities; provide team guidance and decision-making through reviews, audits, and meetings.
• Maintain regular technical, management, and progress updates with customers and senior management.

Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least seven years of program or project management, or project engineering, in a related technical field.
• At least seven years of experience in assembly, integration, and/or test automation of embedded systems.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience with negotiations, risk management, contract management, subcontract management, financials, and US ITAR regulations.
• Good people and leadership skills.
• Professional communication skills in both French and English.

Security Requirements

• Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability-status level and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program and ITAR.
