Role Overview
Design and deliver communication, empathy, and advisory coaching for product and process internal auditors.
Help auditors build trust, handle difficult conversations, and become trusted business advisors in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update customized soft skills training modules for internal auditors, including audit findings delivery and process interviewing techniques.
- Conduct workshops, role-playing sessions, and simulations on active listening, emotional intelligence, and rapport building.
- Shadow auditors during mock or live client interviews and patient meetings to provide actionable feedback.
- Teach conflict resolution and negotiation strategies for pushback and difficult conversations during audits.
- Improve audit presentation design and delivery, and assess training impact using evaluations, feedback scores, and audit closure times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum graduation and 5-10 years of corporate training experience are required.
- Experience in BPO, audit services, corporate, or healthcare training environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to simplify behavioral concepts.
- Ability to teach empathy, tone modulation, and cultural sensitivity across organizational groups.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven environments, patient escalations, and virtual or patient management is required.
- Prior exposure to internal audit frameworks is preferred, and healthcare sector experience is an advantage.
- CPLP or equivalent training certification is preferred.
Required Languages
- English, Telugu, and Hindi are required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000-₹50,000 per month.
