Soft Skills Trainer & Internal Auditer

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update customized soft skills training modules for internal auditors.
• Conduct workshops, role-playing sessions, and simulations on active listening, emotional intelligence, and rapport building.
• Shadow auditors during mock or live client interviews and patient meetings.
• Provide real-time feedback on communication styles and professional presence.
• Train auditors in conflict resolution, negotiation, and difficult-conversation management.
• Train teams to design and deliver high-impact audit presentation decks.
• Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, patient feedback, and audit closure turnaround times.

Desired candidate profile

• A bachelor's degree or graduation is required.
• At least five years of Soft Skills Trainer or Internal Audit experience is required.
• Five to ten years of corporate training experience is expected.
• BPO and audit services training experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to simplify complex behavioural concepts is required.
• Ability to teach empathy, tone modulation, and cultural sensitivity is required.
• Familiarity with metrics-driven corporate environments, patient escalations, and patient management is required.

Preferred qualifications

• CIPD or an equivalent training certification is preferred.
• Prior exposure to internal audit frameworks is preferred.
• Healthcare-sector experience is advantageous.
• English, Telugu, and Hindi are required.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
