Role overview
Oversee cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial towers.
The role covers cleaning quality, site inspections, manpower coordination, and supervision of Cleaning Supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and conduct regular or unannounced site inspections.
- Supervise Cleaning Supervisors and monitor team performance, manpower, attendance, deployment, and schedules.
- Identify service and quality issues, implement corrective actions, and resolve client feedback and complaints.
- Monitor staff conduct, uniforms, and grooming; ensure proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
- Train and advise teams on cleaning procedures and quality standards; prepare inspection and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and site teams, and perform other assigned cleaning-operations duties.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Cleaning Management, Housekeeping, Facilities Management, or similar experience.
- Experience managing cleaning operations across multiple buildings or sites.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to supervise Cleaning Supervisors and large teams; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good reporting and organizational skills; able to travel between multiple sites in a field-based role.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Preferred profile
- A practical, hands-on manager able to visit sites independently, identify problems, guide Supervisors, improve cleaning quality, and maintain consistent service standards.
