Job Purpose
The Soft Services FM Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all soft services operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction across the assigned facilities.
The role ensures service delivery in line with approved scope, SLAs, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
Operational Supervision
- Supervise daily soft services operations including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and disinfection services.
- Ensure deployment of manpower as per approved rosters and service schedules.
- Monitor site cleanliness, hygiene standards, and service quality on a daily basis.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Manpower Management
- Supervise cleaning staff, team leaders, and subcontracted personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave planning.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Provide on-the-job training and performance guidance to site staff.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, safe work procedures, and PPE usage.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure proper chemical handling, MSDS compliance, and safe storage.
- Support fire drills, emergency preparedness, and inspections by authorities.
Waste Management & Sustainability
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal practices.
- Monitor garbage rooms, skips, and collection schedules.
- Promote sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and recycling programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
- Good understanding of HSE and FM standards
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and priorities
- Basic computer skills (reports, emails, ERP/FM systems)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
