Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License or
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License or
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or
• Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License.
• 2 years Social work with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures.
• 1 year Work experience with geriatric population.
