Ridge is seeking a Social Value Project Consultant following an internal promotion.
The role manages and delivers social value commitments across Ridge projects in multiple sectors.
The position supports projects connected to Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds offices.
Role and responsibilities
- Manage social value programmes and track their costs, performance, and risks.
- Design practical initiatives that create social, economic, and environmental benefits.
- Build relationships with clients, community organisations, schools, businesses, and delivery partners.
- Collect and report data against targets and support continuous performance improvement.
- Support bids, stakeholder events, communications, public relations, case studies, and thought leadership.
About you
- Passion for creating social value and turning commitments into planned activities and measurable outcomes.
- Experience delivering social value activities and working in a similar social value role.
- Experience in sustainability and social value or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong project management, analytical, data interpretation, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Confidence engaging with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
