We are a leading construction and contracting company looking for a creative, bilingual **Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist** to join our office team.
Your sole focus is to turn that raw media into high-performing social media content and brand graphics for both our English and Arabic-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- **Bilingual Content**: Write, design, and publish creative content perfectly in both Arabic and English.
- **Video Editing**: Transform raw construction footage and drone clips into engaging, fast-paced Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- **Graphic Design**: Create striking static graphics, project milestone announcements, team highlights, and company flyers.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- **Media Asset Management**: Organize and filter incoming media from various project sites, ensuring color correction and brand consistency.
Requirements
- **Language**: **Fluent Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is strictly required.** You must be able to write engaging marketing copy in both languages without translation errors.
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and social media video editing.
- **Portfolio**: **Must provide a link to a digital portfolio** showing both graphic design layouts and video editing samples.
- **Software**: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or advanced skills in Canva and Cap Cut.
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
