Social Media Specialist

Spence is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to manage our social media platforms and enhance our brand's online presence.

· **Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies** aligned with the company’s objectives to enhance brand awareness, user engagement and lead generation.

· **Plan, create and publish engaging content**, including text, graphics, images, videos, and other digital assets across social media platforms and the company website, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding.

· **Produce high-quality photographs and videos** that effectively showcase and tell compelling stories about the company’s interior fit-out projects and services.

· **Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns**, SEO initiatives, website content and link-building strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

· **Monitor, analyze and report on social media, website, SEO and PPC performance metrics**, providing recommendations to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.

· **Build and maintain strong connections with target audiences** by actively engaging and responding to inquiries across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

· **Collaborate closely with the Sales and internal teams** to develop marketing campaigns, support tender submissions and create promotional materials that drive business growth.

· **Ensure consistent and up-to-date branding across all digital platforms** and perform other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

· Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media tools, platforms and their respective audiences.

· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
