Full-time role creating and managing social media content across multiple businesses.
The role combines content ideation, filming, editing, publishing, and audience growth.

Content creation and management
- Plan, film, create, and edit video and photo content, including reels, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit podcasts and YouTube videos; create graphics, thumbnails, captions, and promotional materials.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content and engagement.
- Develop content calendars, publish consistently, monitor analytics, grow audiences, and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage comments and messages where required; follow social media trends and develop ideas.
Requirements
- Proven social media management and content creation experience; strong video editing skills.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools and confidence filming with cameras or mobile devices.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written English and creative caption-writing skills; ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple brands; portfolio showing prior content and social media results.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
