About The Role
We're looking for a versatile, results-driven marketer who can do two things exceptionally well: build and grow our social media presence and run paid ad campaigns that deliver real, measurable results.
This is a hands-on role for someone creative enough to make content people engage with, and analytical enough to turn ad spend into leads, sales, and growth.
You'll own our social channels end to end and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms — taking full responsibility for both the creative and the numbers.

Social Media
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned to brand and campaign goals.
- Write engaging captions and copy; coordinate visuals and short-form video.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and grow the audience.
- Track social performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Build and test audiences, creatives, and ad copy; run A/B tests to improve results.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Analyse campaign data and optimise continuously for leads, sales, and ROAS.
- Report on key metrics — spend, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS — with clear insights and next steps.
