Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Develop content calendars and social media strategies.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate content creation including photos, videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators/influencers when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with content planning, video editing, and content management tools.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Consumer products, lifestyle, retail, toys, gifts, fashion, or family-oriented brands.
- Experience creating viral and engaging short-form video content.
