Schedule
- Part-time coverage is Wednesday through Saturday, with posting concentrated around the weekend and the days leading up to it.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar covering Instagram and TikTok.
- Create post ideas and concepts aligned with brand and sales goals for a bilingual audience.
- Own social strategy, including content mix, posting cadence, campaign tie-ins, and growth tactics.
- Manage the community by responding to comments and direct messages, engaging followers, and monitoring mentions.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth and adjust strategy based on performance.
- Coordinate with the studio for raw photos, videos, product information, and promotions, briefing what is needed.
- Stay current on Instagram and TikTok trends relevant to craft, design, and product brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand, with portfolio examples required.
- Strong grasp of content strategy beyond simply posting.
- Comfortable using a community management tone suited to a premium or craft brand.
- Being based in or near Jeddah is preferred but not mandatory when fully remote-capable.
- Bilingual English and Arabic communication is strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Basic photography or short-form video editing skills.
- Graphic design or Canva experience for quick post assembly.
- Arabic fluency for community engagement and copy.
