About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social - someone who can turn a feed into a community, a comment section into a pipeline, and a scroll into a sale.

This isn't a "post-and-pray" role.

You'll own our entire social presence end to end: shaping the voice, creating content people actually want to watch, sparking conversations, and turning that engagement into real leads and real customers.

If you get a genuine kick out of watching a piece of content take off - and then watching the DMs and inquiries roll in - this is your seat.

You'll be the person who makes Trivto impossible to scroll past.

What You'Ll Do

  • **Own our social presence**
  • across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and any emerging platform where our audience lives - strategy, calendar, publishing, and performance.
  • **Create scroll-stopping content**
  • short-form video, reels, carousels, stories, graphics, and copy that's on-brand, on-trend, and built to engage. You'll plan it, brief it, and in many cases create it yourself.
  • **Generate leads through social**
  • design and run content and campaigns that don't just earn likes but drive qualified inquiries, sign-ups, and conversions.
  • **Engage and convert in the DMs and comments**
  • respond to chats, questions, and queries quickly and on-brand; nurture warm prospects; and hand off (or close) leads as they come in.
  • **Build community**
  • turn followers into fans by actively interacting, replying, and joining the conversations that matter to our audience.
  • **Run campaigns end to end**
  • from concept and content to publishing, boosting, and reporting on results.
  • **Track what works**
  • monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, lead volume, and conversion; report on performance; and use the data to sharpen the next round.
  • **Stay ahead of the curve**
  • spot trends, formats, and platform changes early, and move fast to take advantage of them.
  • **Collaborate**
  • with marketing, sales, and design to keep messaging aligned and make sure social-generated leads are followed through.

Must-Have Requirements

  • **2+ years**
  • managing social media for a brand or business (in-house or agency), with results you can point to.
  • Proven, hands-on experience running

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok -

  • you know the native tools, best formats, and what performs on each.
  • A track record of
  • creating engaging content
  • whether you film and edit short-form video yourself or direct it, you know what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Demonstrated ability to
  • generate leads or conversions through social
  • (not just grow vanity metrics).
  • Strong
  • written communication skills
  • in English - sharp, on-brand copy and confident, professional responses to customers.
  • **Community management experience**
  • comfortable handling DMs, comments, and queries at volume, including the occasional tricky one.
  • Comfort with
  • analytics
  • you can read the numbers and explain what they mean for the next move.
  • Comfort with AI tools and agents, the ability to automate tasks to manage time and maximize productivity.
  • Self-starter who can own the calendar and ship consistently without being micromanaged.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience marketing in
  • travel / technology / B2B SaaS
  • .
  • Hands-on
  • video editing and design
  • skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, or similar).
  • Experience with
  • paid social
  • (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with
  • social scheduling and listening tools
  • (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Working knowledge of
  • CRM and lead-handoff workflows
  • (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • **Arabic**
  • language skills (a strong plus for the regional market).
  • An eye for
  • on-brand visual aesthetics
  • and a portfolio of content you've created.
  • Experience growing a brand account
  • from the ground up
