Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Marketing Manager** to join our team at Altitude Arena (Kids Play Area & Entertainment Facility).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving customer traffic through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create engaging content (videos, reels, posts, campaigns)
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies
- Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google
- Perform SEO to improve website and Google ranking
- Update and improve company website (content, design, performance)
- Develop online & offline marketing strategies to increase bookings and footfall
- Visit potential clients (schools, corporates, event planners) for partnerships
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Strong knowledge of SEO and Google ranking strategies
- Experience in running paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Basic website management and updating skills
- Creative mindset with video editing skills
- Understanding of kids entertainment / play area business (preferred)
- Strong communication and marketing skills
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design and video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience in event marketing or family entertainment industry
- Ability to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Salary
To be discussed based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
