About The Job
Sphere is seeking an advanced Social Media Account Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of social media activities for a portfolio of high-profile clients.
This is not a coordinator role.
We are looking for a confident client-facing professional with at least 5 years of experience managing major accounts, leading strategic discussions, and delivering measurable results across social and digital channels.
You will act as the trusted advisor to clients, working closely with our creative, content, video production, and digital marketing teams to develop campaigns that strengthen brands, build communities, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts.
- Lead social media strategy development and content planning.
- Present recommendations, reports, and campaign performance insights to clients.
- Oversee content creation workflows and ensure high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform developments to identify opportunities for clients.
- Drive campaign performance through continuous optimization and strategic thinking.
