Social Media Marketing Intern

About This Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Students of all ages/Recent Graduates to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various marketing activities and strategies. The Marketing Executive Intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting the overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.

Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, promotional materials, and attendee management.

Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Assist in maintaining marketing databases, email lists, and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide insights and recommendations for incorporating them into the marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative services, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).

Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn and contribute to various marketing activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including market research and campaign planning.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Previous experience or knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, or graphic design is a plus.

This will be an Unpaid Internship and will lead to a permanent position depending upon the performance.
