Core Management Services is a consulting practice working across Asia and the Middle East on revenue growth management and go-to-market resets.
Interns work directly on live client projects with a small, senior team.
The role
The intern will build and grow the social media presence of Core Management Services and Intelli Accelerate, developing content, audiences and engagement.
What you will do
- Build and manage a social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
- Draft posts, short-form video scripts and visual assets for a business audience.
- Turn case studies and client work into shareable content with internal teams.
- Plan and run online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Review weekly engagement metrics and recommend changes to content mix, posting cadence and channel focus.
- Support events, webinars and launches with pre-event promotion and post-event recap content.
- Maintain approved messaging, visuals and brand guidelines in a content library.
What the company is looking for
- Currently enrolled as a first- or second-year student with one to two years of study remaining.
- Studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
- Strong written English and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and at least one design tool such as Canva, Figma or Adobe.
- Self-starting approach and ability to meet deadlines without daily supervision.
Duration and compensation
- This is a full-time, three-month internship.
- The role provides a monthly stipend.
Location and work arrangement
- The team is Dubai-based and the arrangement is hybrid.
Potential next step
Strong performers may be considered for a permanent full-time position after three months, subject to a performance review.
