About the role
Supports social media presence, internal communication, and corporate branding initiatives.
Offers hands-on exposure to social media management, content creation, communication, and employer branding.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media platforms and creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Write captions, posts, announcements, and corporate communication content; support content calendars.
- Research trending topics, content ideas, and industry updates.
- Support employee engagement, internal communication, employer branding, and recruitment-related social campaigns.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and other teams on communication requirements.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics; maintain trackers and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate graphics, videos, and other visual content, ensuring communications align with the company's brand image.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset, good research and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred; MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred skills
- Social media management, content writing, corporate communication, employer branding, copywriting, and knowledge of social media trends.
- Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, communication and coordination, and basic analytics.
