Full-Time
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about social media, content creation, video editing, and generating leads through digital campaigns, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and ads
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly content calendars
- Run boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results
- Coordinate with sales team for lead handover
- Stay updated with trends and viral content ideas
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
- Knowledge in lead generation campaigns
- Strong video editing and creative design skills
- Good English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience in UAE market
- Experience in service-based business marketing
