We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Marketing & Content Creator** to join our growing team.
If you are passionate about social media, content creation, video editing, and generating leads through digital campaigns, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and ads
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly content calendars
- Run boosted posts and paid advertising campaigns
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results
- Coordinate with sales team for lead handover
- Stay updated with trends and viral content ideas
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
- Knowledge in lead generation campaigns
- Strong video editing and creative design skills
- Good English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in UAE market
- Experience in service-based business marketing
