About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to handle the online presence for both a fast-growing Dubai restaurant brand and a UK professional letting/property agency.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow social media pages organically, and manage two different brand styles — hospitality and real estate.

You will be responsible for content creation, filming, editing, posting, engagement, and helping grow both businesses through social media marketing.

ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Brand

• Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content
• Film food, drinks, behind-the-scenes, and customer experience content
• Manage daily posting and story updates
• Work with influencers and local creators
• Run promotions, campaigns, and seasonal content
• Increase engagement and brand awareness

Letting Agency

• Edit/Create property walkthrough videos and listing content
• Manage social media pages and online branding
• Post available properties and market updates
• Generate leads through social media platforms
• Create professional and modern real estate content
• Assist with advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels
• Good video editing and content creation skills
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Creative mindset with attention to trends
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands
• Photography/videography skills are a bonus

Preferred

• Experience in hospitality and/or real estate
• Basic paid ads knowledge (Meta/TikTok)
• Knowledge of Dubai market trends
