Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 4 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably within the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and property promotions.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and sales teams to produce engaging marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong online community.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on analytics and audience insights.
- Support branding initiatives and digital marketing activities.
- **Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in the Real Estate Sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools
- Experience running paid social media campaigns and lead generation ads.
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Preferred Skills**
- Video editing and reel creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing.
- Photography and videography coordination experience.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
