Montone Floral in Qatar seeks a creative Content Creator & Digital Media Specialist to produce visual content reflecting its premium, modern brand identity.
The role calls for practical content, photography, videography, social media, and Instagram advertising experience.
Responsibilities
- Create photography and video of floral arrangements, products, vases, events, and brand activities, applying lighting, composition, framing, and visual presentation skills.
- Plan social media photography, Reels, short-form videos, and other digital content; develop ideas aligned with the brand and its engagement and awareness goals.
- Edit and enhance photography and video while maintaining a consistent, premium visual style.
- Set up Instagram advertising campaigns, target audiences, test creative, monitor results, and optimize performance.
Required skills
- Photography, videography, video editing, social media content creation, Reels and short-form video.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, branding and visual communication, Instagram advertising and campaign management.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media; previous experience managing Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of Instagram content formats, lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling; strong photo and video editing skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to create premium engaging content and original concepts.
- Communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage deadlines and multiple content requirements.
- A portfolio of previous work is required.
- Experience with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury, hospitality, floral, or similar visual brands is an advantage.
Salary
- QAR 3,500–5,500 per month; salary depends on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall suitability.
