We're Hiring: Social Media Content Creator
**Location:** DIP (Dubai Investment Park) — On-site / In-person
About The Role
We're looking for a **Social Media Content Creator** who lives and breathes real estate marketing.
If you know how to turn a property listing into scroll-stopping content, and you're the type of person who brings fresh ideas to the table without being asked — this is for you!
Including fun, short form videos.
This is an **on-site role based in DIP**, working closely with our sales to bring our listings, projects, and brand to life across social media.
What You'Ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (photos, reels, stories) for property listings, projects, and company branding
- Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Visit properties and sites to capture content on location
- Stay on top of real estate and social media trends, and proactively suggest new content ideas and campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to highlight listings, agents, and client success stories
- Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
What We'Re Looking For
- **Proven experience in real estate marketing or content creation** (required)
- A **creative eye** — you can make even the simplest space look compelling on camera
- **Proactive mindset** — you spot opportunities and act on them, without waiting for direction
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Reels/TikTok-style content)
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling to properties/sites regularly
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what drives engagement
- Based in or able to commute to **DIP, Dubai**
