Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, increasing audience engagement, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality captions, graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories that reflect the brand identity.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and coordinate campaigns with the marketing and design teams.
- Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Grow online communities by increasing followers, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for social media content when required.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes and platform best practices.
