Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and sales.
This role requires someone who understands current social media trends, can produce compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across all social platforms.
- Monitor trends and rapidly adapt viral content ideas to fit the brand.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, influencers, and marketing teams.
- Plan and oversee paid social media campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Grow followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and social scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends before they become mainstream.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is required.
