Social Media Manager & Content Creator
to lead and grow our brand's presence across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly skilled in content creation, and experienced in advanced photography and videography.
This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, producing engaging visual content, growing online communities, and using analytics to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality content, including captions, graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and other creative assets that reflect the brand identity.
- Capture and edit professional-quality photography and videography for use across social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create original visual content using advanced photography techniques, lighting, composition, and editing software.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and coordinate campaigns with the marketing and design teams.
- Monitor social media platforms daily, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Grow online communities by increasing followers, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh and effective.
- Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content campaigns where applicable.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, including planning, styling, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
