Real estate experience
Proven experience building marketing strategy and running campaigns that drive real results and leads
A strong sense of brand, knows how to build and protect a clear, consistent identity.
A genuine feel for what goes viral and why, with a track record of growing social accounts or content.
Strong with AI tools and prompting, knows how to get great output and refine it.
Curious and experimental, happy to test, learn, and try new things rather than stick to one playbook.
Solid creative instincts across copy, visuals, and storytelling.
A self-starter who takes ownership and works well across teams.
Comfortable using data to guide decisions.
Real estate, investment, and international/multilingual marketing background.
Tools (experience with several of these):
Design: Figma, Canva, ideally Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Video editing: DaVinckioi Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
AI content tools: image/video generation (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) and voice/avatar tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen), with strong prompting
Social management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Metricool
Analytics & SEO (Nice to have): Google Analytics, Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
Nice to have:
SEO experience.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
