About the Role
We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing our social media presence, growing our online community, and helping strengthen our brand across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage content scheduling and maintain an organized content pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent photography, videography, and content editing skills.
- Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, loom or similar.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
- English and Arabic Proficiency in required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running paid social media campaigns.
- Basic graphic design and video production skills.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships.
