The employer is seeking a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager & Content Creator.
The role manages social media and creates content featuring classes, students, coaches, events, competitions, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Create videos, reels, photos, and engaging social media content.
- Develop ideas to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Capture classes, training sessions, student activities, competitions, tournaments, examinations, and events.
- Edit videos and create short-form social content.
- Maintain a content calendar and regular posting schedule.
- Monitor trends and identify content opportunities.
- Highlight achievements, stories, profiles, events, promotions, and community activities.
- Work with coaches and management on content and promotional needs.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Previous social media management, digital marketing, or content creation experience is preferred.
- Strong video shooting, photography, and video editing skills.
- Creative ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and social media trends.
- Canva and video editing software experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regular content schedule.
- Willingness to attend classes, competitions, tournaments, and events.
- Martial arts, fitness, sports, or youth activity interest is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is based on experience and skills.
- Monthly pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,500.

- The role is based in Dubai and work is performed in person.
- Regular attendance at training sessions, competitions, tournaments, and events is required.
