Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts and write engaging, brand-aligned captions.
• Create posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos; develop fresh concepts and creative campaigns.
• Film, shoot, and edit video and other visual content; plan content calendars and execute campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content, maintain a consistent brand voice, monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize for engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent qualification; at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory, showcasing creative social content, witty copywriting, and video editing.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and content scheduling tools; understanding of analytics, reporting, and Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Comfort using ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Workspace.
• Two years of UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory; contracting, construction, fit-out, or luxury interiors experience is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
