Role overview
Own the company's YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook channels and manage a creative team.
The role supports workshops, webinars, and program launches with content intended to generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars, develop ideas, and spot trends across social channels.
- Guide three to four video editors and one graphic designer with briefs, reviews, and quality standards.
- Optimize video hooks, titles, thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and posting times to improve reach.
- Grow subscribers, followers, views, watch time, and shares; review analytics weekly and adapt the plan.
- Create content for workshops, webinars, and program launches to bring in leads.
Candidate requirements
- Two to five years of hands-on social media experience; experience with a personal brand, coach, influencer, or education brand is ideal.
- Understand YouTube and Instagram algorithms and have experience with short-form and long-form YouTube content.
- Experience managing or guiding editors and designers; creative thinking and strong storytelling skills.
- Comfort with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Telugu is required for the Telugu-speaking audience; a strong-performing content portfolio is a bonus.
Pay
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.

- The role is in person in Banjara Hills.
