Overview

Social Media Manager Responsibilities

• Lead social media campaigns from brief to execution
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines
• Coordinate with design, content, and media teams to deliver high-quality work
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Account Manager Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent communication
• Manage multiple client accounts and align expectations with deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and present new strategies
• Proactively resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction

Requirements (both roles)

• 2+ years of relevant experience in social media or account management, preferably in an agency
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
