Social Media Manager

Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand identity.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on KPIs.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency of messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
