What You'Ll Do
- Own the editorial calendar, content strategy, content generation and publishing cadence for TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop native content (Reels, carousels, Stories)
- Kickstart our creator program 0-1 and negotiate creator payouts.
- Source and vet creators across Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, X, and YouTube — with a strong radar for authentic fit
- Pick out platform trends, audio trends, and format shifts for creators
- Collaborate with internal growth and product teams to align creator campaigns with app features and GTM moments
- Community management - You will be the voice that responds to comments, mentions & feedback.
- Build out our Reddit presence: build credibility, drive organic discussion and celebrate product features
- What you'll need
- High energy creative gen-z with demonstrated experience in managing creators and social media platforms
- Has been involved in UGC, clipping and short video formats
- Experience in creator programs (Best if you're a creator looking to grow next level)
- Love using Figma, Capcut & Canva
- Lives on social media (share your mobile screen time cap in application)
- Understands the algo for X, Instagram and Tiktok very well
- Strong creativity and good taste
