Unit Pink is looking for a social-first creative marketer to lead short-form video across TikTok and Instagram.
We are a futuristic, female-led fashion brand looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion, digital culture, trends and social commerce — turning products, styling moments and brand stories into sharp, scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Reels and TikTok content concepts
Lead short-form video direction
Track trends and adapt them for the brand
Write hooks, captions and simple scripts
Coordinate with local and international creators and influencers
Support TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop content ideas
Analyze performance and improve content based on results
Ideal Candidate
Strong fashion and lifestyle taste
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram
Operations with creators, influencers and social commerce
Sharp eye for styling, music and visual storytelling
Ambitious, proactive and culturally aware
Nice to Have:
Ability to plan, shoot and produce short-form social content, from concept to final edit.
Video editing, montage and strong rhythm skills
Knowledge of generative AI tools and AI workflow integration
Experience with SMM publishing and planning platforms
Experience in social media-driven DTC fashion campaigns
Understanding of international paid social campaign launches, including Meta, TikTok, creator-led ads, localization and market-specific content adaptation
