Role Description
The Social Media Intern role at EZ Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Daily tasks include drafting captions, scheduling posts, assisting with short-form video and image content, and monitoring comments and messages.
The intern will help research trends, hashtags, and competitors, and contribute ideas for campaigns that align with EZ Media’s brand and client projects.
The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially for brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is preferred.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site production environment.
- Genuine interest in photography, videography, and visual storytelling; prior portfolio or examples of social media work are a plus.
