We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the company’s online presence. This role will focus on handling all social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting digital campaigns that promote our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Manage daily operations of company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and storie. Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance engagement. Analyze platform insights and adapt strategies to increase followers and engagement.
2. Digital Presence & Branding
Maintain and update company profiles on all social media platforms. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels and support in managing the company website content and updates.
3. Paid Ads & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.).
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Monitor digital KPIs (impressions, reach, leads, click-throughs, etc.) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing digital efforts.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
- 1 or more years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and SEO.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Excellent communication and content writing skills in English.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and current social media trends.
- Increase in followers and engagement rate across social media platforms.
- Number of leads generated from digital platforms.
- Growth in traffic to listing platforms and company website.
- Performance and ROI of paid ad campaigns.
- Monthly growth in social media content reach and impressions.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
