Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation:**
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content
- **Social Media Management:**
- Own the daily operations of our social platforms including scheduling, posting, and community management.
- **Social Media Growth:**
- Develop and execute clever, data-informed strategies to organically increase follower growth, maximize reach, and skyrocket our brand visibility.
- **Out-of-the-Box Ideation:**
- Consistently pitch and execute bold, disruptive, and highly creative ideas that cut through the noise.
- **Personal Branding:**
- Have a strong understanding of how to boost the personal brand of our team in a way that supports the main brand
- **Analytics & Reporting:**
- Track performance, understand what the metrics mean, and pivot strategies based on what the data tells us is working.
